Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier selected, based on order size and shipping address provided. Your shipping rate is finalized at checkout.

Most Orders placed before 1 PM EST are typically processed same day and orders placed after 1 PM EST and on weekends will be processed the next business day.

USPS is our primary shipping service for orders shipped within the U.S. We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping, which takes 3-4 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

House of JDijon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control. Key Note!!! It works best in your favor to make sure your billing address matches your shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the fast paced, changing of this industry, all sales are FINAL, and returns are not offered.
To ensure product quality, we check all of our merchandise before processing. However, in the rare occurrence that damaged items are received, we will accept the return of a defective or wrong order received due to our mishandle. Mishandle orders will be match to your original order receipt. If our records match your order placed NO REFUND will be issued. If it do not match our company will issue a refund or you can exchange with all shipping cost cover by House of J’Dijon LLC Please email us photo evidence of the damaged merchandise to info@houseofjdijon.com ; the return inquiry must be done within 10 days of your order’s ship date. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will follow up via email and phone with your return instructions. Your return will be processed after the returning shipment has been received.
